We started this website to educate people on the probate process. The plan is to: -1- Provide useful and how-to information that will help families to avoid probate. -2- And, to help change the probate courts’ guardianship and conservatorship selection process. What we have learned from personal experience, research and outreach is that most people have no idea about probate. People find out about the perils of probate AFTER they have entered the probate process. We want people to know that there are other options. |
